Okay... now for the cabin heat muff kit.  Here are all the parts....

Uh Oh!  I just realized that I'm going to have to remove the right rear baffle again to cut this hole for the cabin heat inlet.

First I made sure the hole wouldn't interfere with any other bolts, etc.  Then I removed the baffle and drew the center hole cutout.

Here is the center cut out, the screen installed, and riveted together.

I put my screen between the flange and the baffle.  Then I sealed it real good with silicon sealant.  The way I figure it, if the screen breaks then I'll glue one on the inlet side of the baffle.

I'm happy with the way it turned out.  A nice tight seal.

I put the heat muff parts together and tightened up the nuts.

Then I slid the skeleton over the right exhaust pipe....

.. and then slid the heat muff over the skeleton.  Here I've put the lower cowl in place to make sure the heat muff clears okay.  Yep, nice fit.

Then I ran the SCAT tubing and tightened them in place with hose clamps.  I'm a little concerned how the heat muff will keep from turning on the pipe.  I mean, it's not all the tight and it's free to turn.  I do know that the exhaust pipe clamps will fit directly below the heat muff and maybe I can secure the heat muff to it with safety wire to keep it from turning.  And, that was a day.
