This web page didn't really have any place, just a few pictures of some
water spots during my travels in the summer of 2007. Actually, I had
bought a truck in Eugene, Oregon, and these pictures were taken on the
trip to pickup the vehicle.
This is the geyser in Lakeview, Oregon, and is currently called Old
Perpetual. It used to be called Hunter's Hot Springs, back when I
grew up in Lakeview (1958-1976). It is said the geyser has a plume
of 200 degree water, shoots water over 60 feet in the air, and displays
this event every 90 seconds. From my latest visit I would say they
are absolutely correct. |
